Cross-College Combined Programs
Policy and Procedure
Students choosing a cross-college combined program outside the College of Computer and Information Science (CCIS) will have either college as an option to designate as their home college. All combined majors involving the College of Computer and Information Science will have CCIS designated as the home college.
The college that requests the move for the student into the cross-college combined program on the ASC report will be the college on the student’s record.
The requesting college should ensure they properly list new advisors for the student on the ASC report: a primary advisor from the home college and a faculty advisor from the secondary college.
Note: If there is a request for a combined cross-college program from CAMD or CSSH, since both colleges send in changes on the same ASC report, there will need to be a note added to the request line which college should be the home college on the record.
