Registration Restrictions: No one will be allowed to register for courses without first applying for and receiving admission to the Graduate School of Engineering. With the exception of Information Systems, it is expected that applicants have earned a bachelor of science in engineering or a related field. Students may pursue degrees on either a full-time or part-time basis. Full-time students are expected to maintain a minimum course load of eight-semester hours per semester, or be enrolled in thesis or thesis continuation, as described in the Graduate School of Engineering Student Guide and Catalog. Part-time students may not exceed eight-semester hours per semester without the prior written approval of the Graduate School of Engineering.

Please note: To register for a course offered by a graduate school other than Engineering, you must contact the Graduate School of Engineering. Students in the Graduate School of Engineering are permitted to register for math (MTH) courses in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Engineering students are required to get a Cross-Course Registration Form to register for courses offered by the Graduate School of Computer and Information Science.
