Lost or Stolen Cards
If your Husky Card is lost or stolen:
- During normal business hours, notify the Office of the Registrar at
617.373.2300 so your missing card can be deactivated.
- During nonbusiness hours, contact the University police at 617.373.2121 so your missing card can be deactivated.
- There is a $15 nonrefundable fee to replace a lost or stolen Husky Cards. The fee will be billed to your tuition account, or you can make the payment at the Cashier's Office, 354 Richards Hall, and bring your receipt to the Office of the Registrar, 120 Hayden Hall, to obtain your new Husky Card.
- Replacement Husky Cards can also be obtained at the following locations:

- Once your lost or stolen Husky Card is replaced, it is permanently unavailable for use and cannot be reactivated at any time.
- If your most recent Husky Card is broken, you may exchange the card for a new one free of charge provided you submit your broken card at the time you request the replacement card. Submitting the broken card at a later time will not entitle you to a reversal of prior card-replacement charges. The name and number on the card must match the most recent card in the system in order to receive a free replacement card. Students who submit a broken card without the number on the card are not eligible for a free replacement card.
