Your Leadership Challenge

“Your Leadership Challenge” is a three-month program for those who have completed “Leadership for a Change.” It provides a structured setting for ongoing work to expand the skills, will and experiences needed to tackle a personal leadership challenge. The program includes in-class work, phone and online consultations with the instructor and with a peer team of fellow workshop participants, and will include periodic assessments to measure progress. It concludes with identifying what’s next on the road to more effective leadership.
