Educators As Change Agents

“Educators as Change Agents” is designed for teams of public school teachers and administrators. Educators are, like others exercising leadership in our society, inviting us into terra incognita, unknown territory. In our youths, that invitation is exciting and welcomed. As we get older, fears and attachments to what we know cast a long shadow on the exploration of what we don’t. But the land of not knowing, terra incognita, is where learning happens. “Educators as Change Agents” is simultaneously highly personal and a journey you will share with your fellow educators. It begins with an intensive workshop and continues with meetings throughout the school year.
