Congratulations to our undergraduate psychology students who presented their research projects at RISE this year!

RISE, which stands for Research, Innovation, and Scholarship Expo, is put on each year by the University’s Center for Research Innovation, to showcase the breadth and depth of innovative thinking at Northeastern. It is open to the full Northeastern community, featuring research by undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty.

Special congratulations to Krista Langley and Maryann William, students working in Prof. Barrett’s Interdisciplinary Affective Science Lab, whose poster, “How Anger Influences Threat Detection: The Independent Contributions of Affect and Conceptual Knowledge,” won the undergraduate award for research in the social sciences, business, and law!
