Student Spotlight: Psych Major at World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships!

Congratulations to Summer Nagy, a sophomore psychology major, on her synchronized skating team’s first place finish at the 2013 World Junior Team Selection Competition in Fraser, Michigan. As a result of their win, Summer’s team, the Lexettes, were named to Team USA by the US Figure Skating Association, meaning that they will have the honor of representing the United States in international competition. Specifically, the Lexettes will compete for the US at the 2013 World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships, taking place in Helsinki, Finland, this March. Congratulations, Summer, and good luck!

Below is a video of the Lexettes at their season kick-off exhibition, this past October. Enjoy!
