Research

I am a fifth-year graduate student working towards my Ph.D. in psychology. My general interests include the expression and perception of nonverbal cues, as well as other nonverbal behaviors. More specifically, I study the effects of emotion cues on personality judgments and smiling as a social behavior. My other research interests involve gender differences in nonverbal behavior and communication, and nonverbal cues to flirtation and courtship.
