I am a first-year graduate student working with Professor Iris Berent towards my Ph.D. degree in language and cognition. I graduated from Northeastern’s American Sign Language Interpreting Program with a minor in Psychology. My major academic interest lies in language and cognition, specifically as related to ASL and other sign languages. In my research, I hope to gain a better understanding of the phonological knowledge of native ASL users.
