Research
I am a fifth-year graduate student in Professor Stephen Harkins’s laboratory, working towards my Ph.D. in psychology, with a specialization in social psychology. Generally, my research interests focus on the effects of motivation on performance. I am interested in examining the effects of various internal and external stimuli on motivation and subsequent performance, as well as the process(es) which may mediate these effects. Currently, I am studying the effects of evaluation and goals on task performance.
