2013 PROTECT Academy

In June 2013, the Training Core and Research Translation Core jointly offered the PROTECT Academy Interdisciplinary Introductory Seminar Series focused on Environmental Health Disciplines for Non-Experts.

The purpose of these seminars was to provide non-experts in the topic areas with an introduction to the primary concepts, basic terminology, and applicability of that field to the understanding of environmental health problems. Attendees included students, researchers, and faculty who want a better understanding of environmental health areas that they may interface with in the course of their research, as well as government/industry stakeholders.
