Location: 335 Shillman
Speaker: Ms. Woolfson, Prehealth Program and 2012 Applicants
This workshop is intended for students and alums who are planning to apply, in 2013, for admission to health professional schools of allopathic and osteopathic medicine, dentistry, optometry, podiatry, or veterinary medicine – to matriculate in 2014.
Please come to this workshop to learn more about the components of a competitive application and what you should be doing the the next twelve months to assure that you will be a competitive applicant. The material presented may also help you decide if you need more than 12 months to become competitive. That insight is OK – the best year in which to apply is the year in which you can be the most competitive applicant you can be.
Please look for an E-Mail from the PreHealth Advising Program (3/13/2012) and RSVP through that e-mail. Please RSVP on or before Monday, March 19th.
FOOD and BEVERAGES WILL BE SERVED, BEGINNING AT 5:30PM. Presentation will begin at approximately 5:45pm
For a preview of the information to be presented and discussed, please listen to (or download the text) the ONE YEAR AWAY PODCAST.
