United States Peace Corps

The Peace Corps is a two year volunteer commitment. Peace Corps Volunteers serve in 74 countries around the world. Collaborating with local community members, Volunteers work in areas like education, youth outreach and community development, the environment, and information technology. Expenses for travelling to and from the host country and living expenses while the volunteer is in country are covered. Additionally volunteers are given a re-adjustment allowance upcon completion of service.
