Professor Wallin Memorial Service

Professor Bruce Wallin passed away on December 29, 2011 after a battle with cancer. Bruce was a colleague and friend in the Political Science Department for 21 years. He was an outstanding teacher who twice won the university's Excellence in Teaching Award. His book on federal revenue sharing won an award from the American Political Science Association. He was a Fulbright Scholar in the Czech Republic and helped to establish a partnership with Meiji University in Japan. On January 24, 2012, a memorial service was held at the Curry Student Center Ballroom. Over 175 colleagues, friends, students, alumni and family attended this celebration of Bruce's life and his many accomplishments. Listed below are pieces from the program, including several tributes.
