A&F is seeking talented undergraduate or graduate students studying Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, Finance, Economics, or other related fields. Graduate students are preferred.

Executive Office for Administration and Finance (A&F) plans and executes fiscal and administrative policies that serve to ensure the financial stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of state government, and assists the Governor in developing and implementing cost-effective public policy initiatives to benefit the residents of the Commonwealth.  Internship responsibilities vary and may be tailored to personal and professional interests. Typically, student interns work closely with senior staff on numerous and diverse projects which aim to increase efficiency across state government, as well as provide policy and research guidance on many short and long-term projects.
