Policies

Welcome to the Northeastern University Policy Page

At Northeastern, we are committed to conducting all of our endeavors according to the utmost standards of integrity and ethics, and operating in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and university policies. To promote effective communication and access to the university’s policies, policies now will be located on this webpage. Compliance with University policies is a condition of employment at the university.

University policies, handbooks, forms, guidelines and relevant resources will be accessible through this website. Any copies (print or online) of policies that are inconsistent with the official versions posted on this website should be disregarded.

Individual colleges and departments may have distinct practices, standards or guidelines, all of which must be consistent with these university-wide policies.

Currently existing university-wide policies not yet posted to this page remain in full force and effect.

Please check back often to review current policies, new or updated policies and to access helpful guidance or information.

Policies specific to the Toronto campus can be found at http://www.northeastern.edu/toronto/the-toronto-campus/policy-page/. Please be advised that Canada may have legal requirements different than the United States. Toronto-based students and employees must comply with Toronto policies in addition to applicable university-wide policies.
