CREATIVITY,
CULTURE, EDUCATION AND THE WORKFORCE
My individual project looks at how learning and working in and through
the arts can provide opportunities for students to grow both personally
and professionally. It also grapples with questions about the nature of
creativity and the arts and role they might play in the classroom and
for career developmentfor those pursuing careers in the arts as
well as for the overall workforce.
