The absence of new physics at low energies provides us with invaluable guidance for high energy searches. This information effectively encoded in the Minimal Flavor Violation framework shows that R-parity violation can naturally be allowed and would clearly manifest itself through baryon number violating processes in the top sector. At the LHC, a significant amount of same-sign top pairs could be produced almost regardless of the sparticles masses hierarchy and MSSM parameters. Same-sign dileptons and a potential charge asymmetry in their production rates would then be the signal to search for.
