The 2010-2012 proton-proton run of the Large Hadron Collider has delivered over 25 inverse femtobarns of data to the ATLAS detector. Along with CMS, the ATLAS collaboration has recently released many results with this full dataset. In addition to the discovery of a new Higgs boson, searches for physics beyond the Standard Model have been performed, extending well beyond the reach of previous experiments. In this talk, ATLAS searches for heavy gauge bosons, fourth generation quarks, and more will be presented, including new results from Moriond.
