Behavior of component in a system always is affected by internal structure of the component and information it exchanges with other components as well as environment. Complex systems with huge number of components and very complicated interactions always have been eye-catching systems. In this project, Stochastic simulation method was employed through some models to answer the main question that how the interaction can affect the collective behavior of the organization. We have focused our studies on Cu3N thin films growth in a plasma medium, which have shown noticeable characteristics and novel applications. Porosity, Saturation time and roughness’ changes regard to the time have been examined in this project.
