Holographic 3-Point Functions and Their Applications

I will first briefly review basic concepts of AdS/CFT correspondence
(holography) as an effective tool to study strongly coupled field
theories, both at zero temperature and at finite temperature. Then I
will introduce a complete holographic prescription we built for
calculating real-time n-point functions in finite-temperature field
theories. I will concentrate on 3-point functions, the simplest higher
n-point functions that were less well-studied in the literature than
2-point functions. As an example, I will show how to compute 3-point
functions of energy-stress tensor and R-current for N=4 Super
Yang-Mills theory and their applications on many aspects of
quark-gluon plasmas, such as 2nd order hydrodynamics and jet
quenching.
