After years of planning and construction, one of the most expensive scientific experiment ever built, the Large Hadron Collider, is now up and collecting data that will reveal the physics beyond the Standard Model. Supersymmetry is one of the best motivated candidate to explain the physics that will be probed at the LHC within the next 5 to 10 years. We will discuss some of the possible paths of discovering supersymmetry and what comes after.
