Registration for students and two guests is included in the Undergraduate Student Fee (paid at the time of enrollment). There are additional fees for additional guests and on-campus guest accommodations. Learn more >>

Early Arrival Option

Students arriving the day prior to Orientation should select the “Early Arrival” option when registering on the Admitted Student Portal to receive an additional overnight accommodation and meal at no expense. Early Arrival is also available to parents/families for an additional fee.

Housing and Travel

Get details about on-campus accommodations, hotels, what to bring, and download our campus map and parking pass. Following Orientation, if traveling by plane, we recommend booking a flight that departs from Boston after 6:00 p.m. Learn more >>

The Orientation program is designed for adult participation and is not recommended for young children. All minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while on the University grounds. All fees apply.


With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted on campus.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and changes must be made on the registration form in the Admitted Student Portal at least one week prior to your session.
