Parent and Family Program
Parents and family members are invited (and encouraged) to participate in the concurrent Parent/Family Orientation program. The Parent and Family Program is designed to introduce you to the broad academic and social aspects of the University community. You will have the opportunity to meet representatives from the academic colleges, to participate in campus services presentations, and to see firsthand many of the wonderful University resources available to new students. Parents and family members will also interact and network with each other.
The Undergraduate Student Fee supports new student orientation costs, including the opportunity to have two complimentary guests participate in the Parent and Family Program. Students will automatically be billed this fee upon enrollment; more information may be found on the Student Financial Services website. There are additional costs for additional guests (above the two complimentary). Added costs must be paid at the time of registration by credit card.
Check-In Time and Location
All guests should check-in at the Curry Student Center, Indoor Quad from 7:15-8:00am on the day of the program. Breakfast will be provided. The program will conclude at approximately 3pm.
