thOn April 4-9, 2016, members of the Nurse Practitioner-Dentist Model for Primary Care program will participate as part of the oral health “Mega Session” at the Texas Association of Community Health Centers Clinical Conference, held in South Padre Island, Texas. The theme of this year’s conference is “Bringing the Office of the Future into Today,” and it will focus on innovative ways to transform health care delivery via innovative practice designs, technology, and integrative care teams, with a special focus on oral health. Jessica Holloman, Senior Program Director at Northeastern University, and Dr. Lisa Simon,  from Harvard School of Dental Medicine,  will present on behalf of the Nurse Practitioner-Dentist Model for Primary Care program on the development, implementation, and preliminary evaluation of the program and how this innovative model can be adapted in community health centers.  For further information, including the full conference agenda, visit the TACHC conference website.
