Street Names: Speed, Meth, Ice, Crank, Glass, Crystal, etc.

Short-term Symptoms: increased energy, changed libido, increased sweating, decreased appetite, insomnia, dilated pupils, tightened jaw muscles, involuntary bodily movements (twitching/'tweaking'), itching, nausea, paranoia, obsessive behavior, vomiting, shortness of breath, dry mouth, difficulty urinating, increased heart rate and blood pressure.

Long-term Symptoms: lung, liver, and kidney damage/disorders, brain damage, tooth loss ('meth mouth'), weakened immune system, heart attack, stroke, hallucinations, delusions, thought disorders, amphetamine psychosis, skin deterioration-especially in the face.
