Final Grades

Study abroad grades will not be posted to the registrar until the following paperwork is received by January 15th if abroad during the fall semester or September 15th if abroad during the spring or summer semesters:

• Journal (does not apply to SEA Semester)
• Petition for Course Substitution (does not apply to Rome & SEA Semester)
• Volunteer & Evaluation Forms
• Transcript from host University (All transcripts will be sent to our office automatically except for AUC. AUC students are required to submit a transcript Request Form directly to AUC).
