Mail, Bills & Paperwork

  1. Make sure you appoint a responsible person to open all of your mail, pay your bills, and complete and return any paperwork in a timely manner.
  2. In your absence, if you need someone to sign your name on an official document (i.e., official forms, bank check, etc.) you should contact that office or institution, in advance, to find out what is the appropriate procedure.
  3. Contact the Registrar's Office to change your mailing address so your mail will be sent to your responsible person.
  4. Go to your local post office to forward mail to your responsible person.
