Located in the Tuscany region of Italy, Florence is filled with museums, outdoor markets, and shops, attracting tourists from all over the world. You will find vendors haggling over the price of food and goods, the smells of Italian cooking, the charm of the local people, and the beautiful Renaissance art throughout the city. The city is one of Italy's most atmospheric and pleasant, retaining a strong resemblance to the small late-medieval center that greatly contributed to Europe's cultural and political development.
Founded in 1975, and located in the heart of Florence, Studio Art Centers International (SACI) is geared for students seeking excellence in studio art and liberal arts at the university level. SACI is recognized as one of the leading overseas institutions in the areas of studio art, art history, art conservation, and Italian language and culture.
