Egypt - Photography

Course Description: ARTD 4560 Photography 2 (4 SH) Explores all aspects of digital capture, including use of all digital camera controls, printing, preparing files for Web use, and working with different light sources. Requires final project for successful completion of the course. Prereq. ARTD 3460; Art + Design and multimedia studies majors only.

INTL 4939 Dialogue of Civilizations (4 SH) Dialogue of Civilizations: "Egypt -- History, Politics, Culture, and Society: Pharaonic Times-Present" is a 5-week, faculty-led program offering students analysis of the history, politics, culture, and society of Egypt from ancient times to the present.

Course Credits: 8

Pre-requisites: PHOTO 1(ARTD 3460) and faculty review of previous student photography work.

Cost of Program: Summer tuition for 8 NU credits plus additional costs TBD.

Application Process: Download the dialogue of civilizations application and waiver form. Turn in two copies of each completed form and two copies of your unofficial transcript to the Office of International Study Programs in 10 BV.
