Short Term, Faculty-Led

Faculty-led programs enable OISP to provide programming options that meet the needs of all members of the NU community. Students earn 8 credits by spending a summer session abroad with an NU faculty member or it might be a winter/spring break trip embedded into a regular semester course. Faculty have led programs to vibrant cities across the globe including Venice, Italy; Istanbul, Turkey; Dublin, Ireland; and Geneva, Switzerland.

Dialogue of Civilizations (DOC) are a popular option open to NU students of any year and major. The DOC program is a series of "global student exchanges" between students at Northeastern University and students around the world.
