I obtained a BA in Political Science from Northeastern University and a MA in Middle East Studies from the American University of Beirut. During my third year of college I studied abroad at the American University of Paris in Paris, France. My experience in Paris was priceless since I had the opportunity to live in one of the most revered cities in the world. Throughout my studies there I became accustomed with Parisian art and architecture, food, society, politics and much more. I was also lucky enough to travel to some neighboring countries which ultimately paved the way towards my second study abroad in Beirut, Lebanon.

I obtained a BA in Economics and Psychology from Brandeis University and an MS in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University. While completing my graduate studies, I participated in a culture study tour of colleges and universities in Australia, investigating similarities and differences between Australian and U.S. student services practices. This opportunity proved to be an unforgettable and once-in-a-lifetime experience. During my time in Australia, I had the opportunity to travel and study the landscape and education system of the southern region, as well as experience first-hand the genuine hospitality of the Australian people. My previous work experiences serving the U.S. higher education market support the importance of study abroad and international exposure for students in today's global workplace. I have a passion for international travel and great appreciation for different cultures. I look forward to working with the NEU community in their study abroad endeavors and share my international travel experiences!

I am a Middler at Northeastern University majoring in International Affairs and Middle East Studies. I have studied abroad on two summer dialogue of civilizations programs (DOC). My first study abroad experience was on the Israel DOC and my second eperience was with the N. Ireland DOC. I studied conflict and negotiation on both programs. I have been traveling abroad my entire life and I don't believe there could be another opportunity quite like studying abroad during college. I appreciate being immersed in different cultures and languages and taking a break from what's comfortable. I look forward to helping you with the study abroad process and answering any questions you may have.
