Nancy Ludwig has worked at Northeastern for more than 10 years, holding positions in both Institutional Research and Enrollment Services. In her current role in the Office of University Planning and Research, she manages many of the national surveys for the university, including the Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Survey, the National Study of Student Engagement and the National Study of Instructional Costs and Productivity. In addition, Ludwig is involved with compliance reporting for the university, and for supporting internal departmental data needs for program accreditation.
She holds bachelor of science and master of business administration degrees, and is pursuing a doctorate of education in higher education administration. Ludwig's area of specialty include enrollment trends and statistics, external compliance reporting and graduation rate statistics.
