B.L.A.C.K.: Black Leaders Accessing Consciousness Through Knowledge
3-day Alternative Spring Break Professional Development Immersion Program

This newly developed program is designed to provide students of the African Diaspora with the opportunity to interact with some of Boston’s most prominent Black professionals.

It includes off-campus site visits, professional development workshops & career planning tailored to the emerging Black professional interested in acquiring skills to navigate and move up in the workplace. The 2017 iteration of the program entailed visits to Ernst and Young, One United, Boston City Hall, and a host of site visits as well.
