Welcome

Welcome to the 17th Annual OACAC Summer Conference! All of us here at Northeastern University are excited to welcome you to campus July 15th - 17th for the BOS10 conference. Boston is renowned for its cultural facilities, world-class educational institutions and champion sports franchises as well as being a place at the very forefront of American history. It is a vibrant, thriving city which you are sure to enjoy. From the Welcome Reception to the Closing Gala, our summer conference is full of great activities, programs and networking opportunities.

This year OACAC will be debuting interactive media with a mobile application for iPhone and Blackberry users. This will allow our participants to have the conference schedule, educational sessions and campus map at their fingertips. Throughout the conference follow us on our Twitter account - OACAC_BOS10 for updates, changes or just to see what great sessions our President Bridget is attending! For those of you on Facebook, stay connected with everyone through our conference site - Overseas Association for College Admission Counseling - BOS10 and join in on the discussions. We also have created a Flickr account - oacacbos10 so that all of us can share the great memories of this conference. We hope that all of this mobile media will enhance our networking and make it easier for everyone to enjoy this conference.

Another new addition to this year's conference will be recorded educational sessions. We hope that by recording sessions of the conference, we will be able to provide online recordings for all members of our association, not just those able to attend the annual conference. Please note that all recorded sessions will be advertised in our program addendum provided at check-in.

In the following pages we have provided information to make your trip to Boston and stay during the conference more enjoyable. Under "BOS10 Conference" we have provided the detailed schedule and educational sessions, descriptions, location and times. Directions to campus and parking information can be found under "Housing & Transportation."
