SharePoint is a web-based collaborative workspace tool that allows Northeastern faculty, staff, departments, offices and committees to share documents, post announcements, manage team calendars and organize team information in a secure environment. Google Tools

Google documents is a free service that allows you to create, share and edit documents online. Google documents includes word documents, spreadsheets, and presentations similar to PowerPoint. You can create a document in Google documents or you can upload an existing text document, spreadhseet, or presentation. You can invite others to view and edit your documents.
