Pre-departure Program for Parents
Parents and family members are welcome to attend the first day of the NUin Pre-departure Program, which begins on Friday, July 10. When enrolling in NUin through their Admitted Student Portal, students will have the opportunity to register themselves and parents for the Pre-departure Program.
The Parent Program includes topics such as:
- Review of program policies and procedures
- Coping with a student abroad
- Emergency procedures
- Ensuring your student gets the most of their experience
- Northeastern’s role and responsibility
Although the program is not mandatory for students or parents, it is strongly encouraged.
