Policies for Travel While On-Site
Students may travel to locations outside of Dublin if they wish. As a safety precaution, any student who leaves Dublin for one or more nights must fill out an “Acknowledgement of Risk and Informed Consent for Program Deviation” form, and submit it to the N.U.in Site Director. This ensures that the N.U.in Site Director can contact students at any time in case of an emergency.
If a participant is under 18 years old, a parent must sign this form. This can be in the form of an electronic signature or an email acknowledgement.
