Program for Undeclared Students & General Studies Program
All N.U.in locations are potentially compatible for students within the Program for Undeclared Students and the General Studies Program. Therefore, a student’s intended major or area of academic interest determines which location is most suitable. The curriculum at each location is tailored to particular colleges and majors, and is designed to align with the freshman curriculum taught in the fall at Northeastern. Undeclared and General Studies students should first identify which college or major is most aligned with their area of academic interest, and then proceed to deciding upon a location. Students who would like to receive guidance regarding their academic interests or which location may be the best fit can contact the N.U.in office directly. N.U.in staff can provide basic guidance and also connect students and families with the appropriate academic advisors if necessary.
