The 2014 Social Impact Conference will explore opportunities for local funders in cities of all sizes to maximize their impact by aligning their philanthropic dollars with public and private investments and cross-sector approaches to contemporary urban challenges. About the Social Impact Conference
The Social Impact Conference convenes nonprofit and foundation leaders, individual donors, funding intermediaries, policy makers, social entrepreneurs, faculty, students, and other social change agents to engage in shared learning about important topics in the social impact arena. Past conferences have included From Mission to Market: Funding Social Impact in the New Economy (2012) and Moving the Needle: Philanthropy’s Role in Policy, Advocacy, and Systems Change (2013).
Who should attend?
Nonprofit and foundation leaders, donors, funding intermediaries, policy makers, social entrepreneurs, researchers, faculty, students, and others who share an interest in investing or securing resources for social impact.
Registration for this event is free of charge and includes a continental breakfast. Participants will have the option of ordering a catered boxed lunch or visiting the Curry Student Center food court.
