The men's basketball team kicked off its 2012-13 season in spectacular fashion, as sophomore Demetrius Pollard hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to lift Northeastern over crosstown rival Boston University.

President Joseph E. Aoun and Hugh Courtney, dean of the D'Amore-McKim School of Business, bestow keys to the school to Alan McKim, MBA'88, and Richard D'Amore, BA'76. Their combined $60 million gift was the largest in Northeastern's history.
