Homecoming Weekend and Empowerfest

Along with events such as Fan­Fest, a variety of var­sity teams in action, musical per­for­mances, Home­coming Weekend 2013 fea­tured Empowerfest, the university-​​​​wide launch of Northeastern’s $1 bil­lion Empower cam­paign. At Empowerfest, stu­dents, fac­ulty, staff, and alumni were greeted to inter­ac­tive exhibits ranging from marine sci­ence to entre­pre­neurial ven­tures to a video game design studio, all of which cel­e­brated the university’s the past, present, and future.
