Tomorrow morning, the jus­tices of the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral argu­ments in two cases, Jackson v. Hobbs and Miller v. Alabama, chal­lenging the con­tro­ver­sial prac­tice of sen­tencing juve­nile offenders to life impris­on­ment without the pos­si­bility of parole.
