Northeastern’s grad­uate campus in Char­lotte, North Car­olina is adding nine degree pro­grams to its cur­riculum this fall, according to uni­ver­sity officials.

North­eastern Uni­ver­sity — Char­lotte will offer seven new master’s degrees and the first two doc­toral degrees, campus offi­cials said in a state­ment. The campus, which opened in 2011, cur­rently has 17 degree pro­grams, including master of edu­ca­tion, master of public admin­is­tra­tion, master of sci­ence in finance, and master of sci­ence in crim­inal justice.

North­eastern Uni­ver­sity pro­vides high-​​demand grad­uate pro­grams aligned with the needs of industry in region and around the world,” Dr. Cheryl Richards, chief exec­u­tive officer and regional dean of North­eastern University–Charlotte said in the state­ment. “We are com­mitted to edu­cating and empow­ering tomorrow’s leaders as they seek the ability to effect mean­ingful change in their careers.”
