One person, one vote is not a con­cept that either party pays much heed to when it comes to nom­i­nating can­di­dates for pres­i­dent — as was vividly under­scored Tuesday by the seem­ingly out­size number of del­e­gates that were at stake in the Alabama and Mis­sis­sippi Repub­lican primaries.
