We asked Laura Frader, pro­fessor of his­tory and asso­ciate dean of fac­ulty in the Col­lege of Social Sci­ences and Human­i­ties, to explain why women are still under­rep­re­sented in busi­ness and how legal action might accel­erate gender equality.
