North­eastern Uni­ver­sity is seeking the public’s help in locating a stu­dent, Dennis Njoroge, who was reported missing ear­lier this week.

In a mes­sage to the campus com­mu­nity on Friday, Vice Pres­i­dent of Stu­dent Affairs Madeleine Estabrook said:

We are extremely con­cerned about a North­eastern Uni­ver­sity stu­dent who was reported missing ear­lier this week. Dennis Njoroge was last heard from on Sunday, Nov. 29. Uni­ver­sity offi­cials, including NUPD, have been working closely and around the clock with city and state law enforce­ment offi­cers, as well as with Dennis’ family, in hopes of finding him safe. At the request of Dennis’ family, we are sharing this infor­ma­tion with the North­eastern community.”
