Our work was spotlighted by Nanowerk
Our work on graphene electrodes for piezoelectric NEMS resonators was featured in a recent Spotlight article on Nanowerk.com! The article, titled Graphene electrodes revolutionize the scaling of piezoelectric NEMS resonators, explains how an atomically thin graphene sheet can be used as an massless electrode in piezoelectric NEMS resonators for ultimate scaling. Check it out!
