Our work was spotlighted by Nanowerk

Our work on graphene electrodes for piezoelectric NEMS resonators was featured in a recent Spotlight article on Nanowerk.com! The article, titled Graphene electrodes revolutionize the scaling of piezoelectric NEMS resonators, explains how an atomically thin graphene sheet can be used as an massless electrode in piezoelectric NEMS resonators for ultimate scaling. POST-DOC POSITION in PHYSICAL SENSOR MICROSYSTEMS

Dr. Rinaldi seeks outstanding candidates to fill one Post-Doctoral position in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Northeastern University. The candidate will be working on research projects related to the design, fabrication and testing of plasmonically enhanced microelectromechanical devices and their integration into an ultra-low power digitizing sensor microsystem.
