In 2012, HEAT and NEJRC brought a number of prominent leaders in the Environmental Movement to campus. This open-classroom lecture series focused on the role of environmental activists and movements in addressing the global ecological crisis, with a special emphasis on evaluating the organizing strategies, political tactics, organizational forms, and policy goals adopted by various environmental movement organizations.Our guests this semester included:
